Identify unknown offender! Police are seeking to identify an unknown offender. As he is unidentified, this is a limited information case. This unknown individual is a person of interest in connection with seven sexual assaults and one attempted sexual assault. These occurred over a period of time. These crimes were committed between May 6, 1991 and November 14, 1997. The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD in Maryland) and Metropolitan Police Department (MPD in Washington, DC) Want to question this individual. The MD MCPD and the DC MPD also want to question him in connection with another offense. That is one homicide/sexual assault that happened on August 1, 1998.

Description

A composite has been created for this individual. Its creation was based on the accounts and descriptions of witnesses. It is unknown at this time if the person in the above poster has any connections to the crimes mentioned above. There is description of the offender at the time of the crimes. According to reports, he is an African-American male. His estimated age is in his late 20s to late 30s. His height is described as between 5’8″ to 5’11.” His weight is unknown and his build is medium. His has black hair. At the offenses, had a screwdriver, knife, and a rock.
