Identify Unidentified Fox Park Jane Doe! A Violent Criminal Apprehension Program (ViCAP) Alert has been issued for and unidentified deceased female who was found in Fox Park, Wyoming. ViCAP is a program created and run by the FBI. The FBI issue ViCAP Alerts in certain missing or unidentified persons cases where foul play is suspected. Fox Park Jane Doe is determine to have been a Caucasian female. Her estimated age was between 28 to 58 years old. Her height was possibly 5’2″ to 5’4″ tall. But her weight is unknown. This unidentified woman has hair that could have been blonde or brown. Her eye color is unknown. She had gold a gold filling. She may have worn braces.

Descriptions

Fox Park Jane Doe was wearing size 16 Bill Blass denim jeans, brown belt, white Reebok court shoes (estimated women’s size 7). A new composite of this unidentified female was published on December 21, 2012. Her original reconstruction photo was published on June 1, 2012. Due to clothing and belt size, the unidentified woman was determined to be larger than the original reconstruction photo reflected. Therefore, a new composite was created (shown on left in the top poster). Agency Case #: 1999-1505

On August 1, 1999, the Albany County Sheriff’s Office recovered skeletal remains. These remains belonged to an unidentified female. Her body was found in a wooded area near Fox Park, Wyoming. It is estimated her remains were present at the site for 2 to 10 years before being discovered. The following items were found with the skeletal remains: Ring with clear tear drop inserts Ring with initials “MSS” White Reebok shoe, women’s size 7.
