Identify Holmes County Jane Doe! She is an unidentified African-American female. When she was found, her hair was black and tightly curled. The unidentified woman’s estimated age upon discovery was between 25 to 45. It is determined that she was 5’5″ to 5’9″ tall. Her estimated weight was between 120 to 150 pounds. She is a Violent Criminal Apprehension Program (ViCAP) unidentified person. ViCAP is an FBI program that maintains a list of missing or unidentified persons in who cases foul play is suspected.

On September 15, 2008, the unidentified female was found dumped. Her remains were quite skeletonized. And the was no bleaching or cracking of bones. And so investigators determined that Holmes County Jane Doe was dumped between May to August 2008. Reportedly, she had a partial upper denture. Her denture replaced the anterior teeth. They were held in place by wires and two premolars. Three shortened teeth roots were left in place. The denture covered them. It has been suggested that this victim was in prison. And that would be when the denture was made.
It is believed that the victim has given birth at least once.

Workers made the discover on September 15, 2008. In a wooded area in Holmes County, Ohio, workers discovered human remains. These human remains were skeletonized. The workers located the remains along an embankment approximately six feet from the roadway. Reportedly, no clothing, jewelry, or anything that could identify Holmes County Jane Doe, were recovered. After the unidentified remains to reported to authorities, the victim’s DNA was forwarded to University of Northern Texas for inclusion in CODIS.
