Get Justice 4 Rogelio Martinez! The FBI is investigating the death of Border Patrol Agent Rogelio Martinez. The FBI is also investigating the injuries of the second Border Patrol Agent. This is being investigated as a Potential Assault of a Federal Officer. The FBI is currently calling this an incident. It is unknown what is the underlying cause: An accident or foul play. This incident happened on November 2017 in Van Horn, Texas.

It was November 18, 2017 close to Van Horn, Texas. At approximately 11:20 P.M., (CST), U.S. Border Patrol Agents from the Van Horn Station, located two injured Border Patrol Agents. The Agents were found in a culvert area adjacent to Interstate 10. It was about 12 miles east of Van Horn, Texas. The Border Patrol Agents provided the injured Agents with immediate medical care. And the Border Patrol Agents transported the injured Agents to a local Van Horn hospital.

As Things Stand Now

Reportedly, both Border Patrol Agents sustained traumatic head injuries. They also sustained miscellaneous physical injuries. At a local hospital in Van Horn, it was determined that the injuries of both of the Agents were severe. And it was concluded that these Agents required advanced medical care. The two injured Agents were airlifted separately to a local hospital in El Paso, Texas. Border Patrol Agent Rogelio Martinez succumbed to his injuries. And he died in the early morning hours of Sunday, November 19, 2017.

Currently, the second injured Border Patrol Agent is in a local El Paso hospital.

These Border Patrol Agents risk their lives for our safety. The death of Border Patrol Agent Rogelio Martinez has reminded us in the United United States about this. So do the injuries of the the second Agent. The families, friends, and communities of these Agents deserve answers. Right now, there are no answers as to what killed Border Patrol Agent Rogelio Martinez. And there are no answers as to what injured the second Border Patrol Agent.
