Find missing Tracy Lynn Winslow! She is a woman missing out of Oil City, Louisiana. Tracy has not been seen since January 23, 2011. Tracy’s cas is classified as Endangered Missing. She was born on May 12. At her disappearance, Tracy was 30 years old. Her current age is 36 years old. Tracy is an African-American female. She is described as 5’2″ tall and weighing 172 pounds. Tracy’s hair is black and her eyes are brown. Winslow has a burn scar near her left eye.

Tracy has multiple tattoos. She has the following tattoos. The word “Biscuit” is tattooed on her right leg. She has the name “Eddie” tattooed on her right calf. And she has a flower and a name (unknown) tattooed on her upper arm. At her disappearance, Winslow was wearing a white t-shirt. And she was wearing a blue denim jacket, blue jeans, and white sneakers.

Tracy Winslow was last seen in Oil City, Louisiana, on January 23, 2011. The night before, Tracy had been out with friends. But she reportedly had returned to Oil City at around midnight. Tracy’s boyfriend had spoken to her on the phone at around this time. Witnesses had heard her talking outside the apartment she had shared with her mother at the time. The apartment was in the 100 block of north Dickey Street. Then witnesses heard the sound of a car driving away.

After that incident, Tracy was never heard from again. At 2:30 A.M., Tracy’s car was found both abandoned and burned. It was found on the roadside near North Lake Shore and Kuhn’s Road. The vehicle was completely destroyed. It is described as a silver 2006 Dodge Charger. Eddie Lee “biscuit” Jackson is her ex-boyfriend’s name. Several days after Tracy’s disappearance, Eddie was charged with second-degree kidnapping and arson in Winslow’s case. He and Winslow had lived together for fifteen years. And he is the father of her three children. But they had ended their relationship two months before Tracy had disappeared.

Authorities believe that Eddie had abducted Tracy. And they believe that he did this outside of her apartment building. And then he set her car on fire. Winslow’s cellular phone records placed Jackson in the vicinity of the burning vehicle. Winslow and Jackson’s two oldest children testified against him at his trial in the summer of 2012. They had seen their father beat their mother with a gun. They witnessed him threaten to kill her. That incident had occurred before and caused the couple’s breakup.

More Evidence

One of TRacy’s cousins had testified that Eddie had sent Tracy threatening text messages. And she had gotten a gun to protect herself. However, Eddie Jackson insisted that he was innocent when he faced these allegations. Still he was convicted of all counts in August 2012. The jury had deliberated less than two hours. Then they reached a verdict. Jackson was sentenced to forty years in prison without the possibility of parole. The body of Tracy Winslow has never been found. Foul play is suspected in her disappearance because of the circumstances involved.

Sometimes we don’t know where to begin but we trust God to lead us. So as God speaks through me here are my words to the family. It’s not over until God says it’s over. You can see her there but she really is. In you heart and in your soul. This is a hard place to be for you all but know that God is in it as you celebrate this Mother’s day and her birthday , which is tomorrow. Prayer changes things and I am definitely praying for you all strength to endure. He is he Comforter and yes he is alive. Press on and allow God to touch you in a way that only He can. God loves you and So do I. I speak peace over all of you!! <3

Tracy’s family has waited six years for answers. They aren’t content with her ex-boyfriend, Eddie, being arrested and convicted in her disappearance. Her whereabouts are still a mystery. Where is this mother of three? Her children and family want to know where she is and what happened to her. Why aren’t people talking? Are crimes being covered up? Someone (s) knows where Tracy is and why she has never been heard from again. Are you a person who has information? Come forward with what you know. Give her family answers.
