An Unequal Missing Case and How to Help

Theodore Earl Bibb is a classic example of an unequal missing persons case. After six years, only one photo of him is available. No DNA and no dental records would make it tough to match an unidentified person with him. If need be. Few results come up in an Internet search. I find only about five or six results, with limited data. But someone knows something about this missing man! Someone has the information needed to turn his cold case into a hot one. So let’s share this limited info and his poster, massively. We need to reach the person (s) who has the tips and leads that can find him.

If you have any information that can help locate this missing man, contact the St. Louis Metro Police Department. Do so at: (314) 444-5350. Or contact the Missouri State Highway Patrol at: 800-877-3452
