Missing persons cases like Shannon Synott’s prove both disheartening and frustrating to cover. The cases are disheartening to cover because it’s apparent that law enforcement do not place priority on cases like Synott’s. Often, police figure that missing adults have the “right” to disappear. And unless evidence is found otherwise, both missing adults and missing teens are assumed to be voluntarily disappeared. Cases like these are frustrating because press releases are unavailable. I wasn’t able to find one press release for Synott. And so there is little to go on in searching for her. Information is badly needed! Do you have any information concerning the whereabouts of Shannon Synott? Do you have any information about the person (s) responsible for her disappearance?
