WASHINGTON, D.C.–The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance. They are looking for 15-year-old Phillis McLeod. The teenager was last seen in the 200 block of I Street, Southeast. This incident occurred on Monday, May 20, 2019 at 2:45 P.M.

This incident was reported on May 22, 2019.

Phillis McLeod is described as an African-American female. She has a light brown complexion. Phillis is described as 5’6” in height and 140 pounds. She has brown eyes and red hair in a long braided hair style.

It is unknown what Phillis was doing when she was last seen, who last saw her, or what she was wearing at the time. Nor is mode of transportation known or if she took any personal belongings with her. Phillis McLeod is missing under unknown circumstances.
