Find missing Lori Dea Julian! Lori Dea Julian has been missing since July 16, 1991. She is missing from Scottsdale, Arizona. A Violent Criminal Apprehension Program (ViCAP) Alert has been issued for Lori Dea Julian. The FBI issues ViCAP Alerts for some missing persons or unidentified persons in whose cases foul play is suspected. She is classified as an endangered missing person. Julian was born in the year 1959. At the time of her disappearance, Lori was 31 years old. Her current age is Her current age is 57 to 58 years old. Reportedly, Lori Dea Julian has a history of substance abuse issues.

Lori Dea Julian is a Caucasian female. She is described as 5’8″ tall. Other agencies describe her as 5’9″ to 5’10” tall. She weighs 150 to 160 pounds. Her hair is brown and her eyes are blue. Julian has a scar on her face. Her ears are pierced.

There are conflicting accounts as to the nature of this disappearance of Lori Dea Julian. Reportedly, Julian was last seen in Scottsdale, Arizona, on July, 16, 1991. Accounts reportedly differ as to what she was doing when last seen. Some accounts state that when last seen, Julian was at her lawyer’s office discussing an accident settlement. Other accounts sat that when last seen, Julian was leaving a bar. Still other accounts state that she was at the 7-11 store at Granite Reef and McDowell Road. Julian has never been seen again. Julian has two daughters. She reportedly was divorced from their father and he had custody. She always contacted her daughters on holidays and on their birthdays.

Lori Dea Julian was reported missing after she didn’t get in touch on her older daughter’s twelfth birthday, July 30. Julian gave birth to a son a few months before her disappearance. But the baby reportedly died a few days after birth. After her son’s death, Julian said she wanted to turn her life
around. She planned to move in with a friend and go into rehabilitation for her substance abuse issues. But she disappeared before she was able to do either of those things. Reportedly she missed her daughter’s birthday on July 30, 1991. It was uncharacteristic for her to miss important dates concerning her children. And so her family reported her missing to the Scottsdale Police Department. Foul play is suspected.

Lori Dea Julian worked as a waitress and bartender in 1991. And reportedly, she often hitchhiked alone, particularly from truck stops. It is claimed that and traveled throughout the country. Julian occasionally dropped out of sight for weeks at a time. But her family says she would never have gone this long without contact. Her case was reopened in 2003, but it remains unsolved. Although her children believe she met with foul play, it is claimed that Julian’s
disappearance is classified as a simple missing person rather than a crime. Police believe she may be homeless.

Reportedly, her own children believe dispute that she is missing by choice. They state that disappearing without warning them is unlike her. And the FBI has issued a ViCAP Alert for her. So are police missing something? I don’t understand why those with a history of substance abuse issues so often are assumed to be voluntarily missing. Yes, police have an exceedingly difficult job to do. But why not listen to the family, and to common sense? Lori’s children, and others who care about her deserve answers.
