The person was walking near the construction site during the afternoon hours of March 30. The individual was wearing only sneakers and boxer shorts. And he appeared to be alone and not under duress. A Search

An unsuccessful search for Kevin’s remains was conducted in the Goose Creek area in October. In December, authorities publicly named a suspect in Kevin’s presumed murder. They named Thomas McCardle, who is presently incarcerated on unrelated robbery charges. Another man, Michael Moorcroft, bragged about how he and McCardle had killed Kevin. Both men would have been in their teens at the time of Kevin’s disappearance. Moorcroft had not been charged with any wrongdoing related to Kevin’s disappearance. He claims he only made up the story.
Cadaver dogs alerted authorities to the possible scent of human remains under a shed at Moorcroft’s childhood home.

But when police dug up the yard they found nothing of interest. Kevin was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. His family moved out in 1998 and currently live in Georgia.

We lived on base. The story that Michael Moorcroft told people. Many people. Is that he and Tommy McCardle were on the base in front of the exchange driving ( Michael driving) a blue car that Mikey got from a guy named Kermit. Moorcroft said he was high on acid rolling a blunt and accidentally hit the boy. They thought he was dead and threw him in bushy park. I believe this story. Moorcroft is evil. He should be in jail.
