Appeal

Joseph Baca has been missing for almost two months. He is on the wrong side of unequal missing persons searches. Even after all this time of being missing, Baca is getting no known publicity. It seems that he has not even received local publicity. My Internet searches have not brought up any results. No matter what keyword I use, I cannot find one article or press release. Was his information that hard to get out? Is he not considered an endangered missing person? Has the system failed Joseph Baca?
