Find Missing Johnny Lamar Brown! Johnny Lamar Brown has been missing since August 5, 2012. He is missing from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Johnny Lamar Brown is classified as an endangered missing person. His year of birth is unknown. At the time of his disappearance, Brown was 44 years old. His current age is 49 to 50 years old. Johnny Lamar Brown is an African-American male. His hair is black and his eyes are brown. Brown’s nickname is JB. He is described as 5’6″ to 5’7″ tall and 140 pounds. When he was last
seen, Brown was wearing a white polo shirt with green and brown horizontal stripes. He wore beige cargo pants, black socks and black slip-on sandals. A photo of Brown in these clothes is posted with this case summary.

Johnny Lamar Brown is a dependent adult. He gets confused easily and is frightened of thunder and lightning. Also, he doesn’t like to be touched or approached quickly. He also has a severe speech impediment that makes it difficult for others to understand him.

Circumstances

Johnny Lamar Brown is from Cartersville, Georgia. He and his family were visiting Myrtle Beach, South Carolina at the time of his disappearance on August 5, 2012. They were staying at the Sea Crest hotel in the 800 block of south Ocean Boulevard.

Johnny Lamar Brown walked away from his hotel. And he was last seen talking to an unidentified woman near an ice cream shop. He has never been heard from again. It was the first vacation outside of Georgia he’d ever been on, so he was unfamiliar with the area.

Johnny Lamar Brown left his wallet and other belongings behind when he vanished. And he doesn’t have a cellular phone. He may have had his hotel room key on him, though. There were possible sightings of Brown in the Myrtle Beach area in the days following his disappearance. His loved ones believe he may have tried to get back home to Cartersville, but there’s no evidence that he ever arrived there. His case remains unsolved.

Johnny Lamar Brown is a vulnerable missing adult. He has been missing for almost 6 years old. It is believed that Brown may be living as a homeless person. That is, he may be wandering into homeless shelters, living under a bridge, or the link. His loved ones believe that he may be trying to find his way back home. But with this passage of time, it seems that police need to at least consider that Johnny may have encountered foul play. Vulnerable missing adults can encounter foul play just like anyone. Brown’s family, according to their Facebook page set up for him, are drawing on their faith to get through their nightmare. They have no clues as to what happened to their missing loved one.
