Find Missing Jessica Suzanne Gutierrez! Jessica Gutierrez has been missing since June 5, 1986. She is missing from Lexington, South Carolina. Her case is classified as a Non-Family Abduction. Jessica was born in the year 1981. At the time of her disappearance, Jessica was 4 years old. Her current age is 36 to 37 years of age. Jessica Gutierrez is a Caucasian female. She was described as 3’0″ tall and 32 pounds at the time of her disappearance. Her hair is brown and so is her hair. On her upper forehead, Jessica had a small scar.

Jessica Suzanne Gutierrez has ear piercing scars on both of her earlobes. And she has a small brown birthmark on her right buttock. She had a wart on her left hand at the time of her 1986 disappearance. Her nickname is Jessie. When she was last seen, Jessica was wearing a pink and white t-shirt and white panties.

Circumstances

Jessica Gutierrez was sleeping in a bedroom with her two sisters in her family’s Lexington, South Carolina. She was last seen in her mobile home during the evening hours of June 5, 1986. Sometime between 11:30 P.M. that evening and 9:00 A.M. on June 6 the following morning, unidentified individuals (s) entered into the house. The intruder (s) apparently broke in through the living room window. And they removed the screen and curtains. The abductor (s) then removed Jessica from the bedroom. And they left the home through the front door. On the morning of June 6, Jessica’s family discovered the crime scene and her disappearance.

Investigation

The 6 year old sister of Jessica Gutierrez, Rebecca, stated that she had been taken “by a man with a magic hat.” Jessica has never been seen again. Rebecca, now an adult, remembers seeing a man lift Jessica out of the bed and carry her away. Rebecca stated that the man was able to to do this without waking Jessica. Rebecca had been too frightened by what she saw to tell anyone until the next morning. That was it was discovered that Jessica was missing. Jessica’s mother believes that a family friend may have kidnapped her child. Her mother found fibers in an abandoned car that she says was linked to her daughter.

Possible Evidence

The vehicle belonged to a 27-year-old friend of the family, who has served time in a North Carolina prison for rape. in 1987, the man
told a cellmate that he had kidnapped a girl in Lexington County. And he would confess if given immunity for the crime. Immunity was
denied and the man did not speak any further on the subject. However, his fingerprint was found in Jessica’s bedroom. Investigators
have not publicly identified the man or charged him with any wrongdoing in connection with Jessica’s abduction. They cite lack of
of evidence, but he is considered the prime suspect in her disappearance.

Jessica’s case remains unsolved. Foul play is suspected.

Jessica Suzanne Gutierrez has been missing for 31 years. Her loved ones’ have been living through a nightmare that has lasted for three hellish decades. During year after year and then decade after decade, no arrests have been made. No charges have been filed. Police have voiced their suspicions. Yet they have continued to cite that they cannot find “enough evidence.” How much evidence do police need in a case like this?
