WASHINGTON, D.C.–The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance. They are seeking to locate 16-year-old Haley Romero-Menendez. Haley was last seen in the 300 block of Quackenbos Street, Northwest. This incident occurred on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at 2:45 P.M.

The incident was reported Saturday, March 16, 2019.

Haley Romero Menendez is described as a Latino female of Hispanic origin. Haley is described as light complexioned. She is 5’5” in height and 130 pounds. Haley has black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a green hoodie and blue jeans. It is unknown what Haley was doing when she was last seen, who last saw her, or what she was wearing at the time. Nor is her mode of transportation known or if she took any personal belongings with her. Haley is missing under unknown circumstances. Haley Romero-Menendez, though, is considered to be critically missing.
