WASHINGTON, D.C.–The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance. They are seeking to locate 33-year-old Francisco Melgar-Mendez. Francisco was last seen in the 1600 block of Park Road, Northwest. This incident occurred on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at 1:50 P.M.

This incident was reported on November 28, 2018.

Francisco Melgar-Mendez is described as a Latino male of Hispanic origin. He has a light complexion and is 5’2” in height and 170 pounds. He has short brown hair and brown eyes. Francisco was last seen wearing a red shirt, blue jeans, blue jacket and red sneakers. It is unknown what Francisco was doing when he was last seen, who saw him, or his mode of transportation. Nor is it known if it is characteristic of him to drop out of sight without notice. Very few details are available in his case.
