Find Missing Autumn Frazier! Autumn Frazier was last seen May 25, 2018 in Hendersonville, Tennessee according to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Autumn is described as a Biracial female (unknown minority). She is 16 years old. Autumn is described as 5’4″ tall and 115 pounds. Her hair is brown and her eyes are brown. Information in her case is very limited. She is missing under unknown circumstances.
