Find Missing Alvin Ratliff! Alvin Ratliff is considered an endangered missing person. Alvin Ratliff of Bedford Heights, Ohio, was last seen August 23, 2018. He was wearing black pants, a gray hooded sweatshirt and red tennis shoes. It is unknown what Alvin was doing when he was last seen or who last saw him. Nor is it known what mode of transportation he used or if he has any history of running away. Few details are available in his case.

Alvin Ratliff is a Caucasian male. He is 13 years old. Alvin is described as 5’4″ tall and 200 pounds. His hair is black and his eyes are blue.
